Shipping & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping and supporting our small business. We understand that not everything you purchase will be the perfect fit for you. Full-priced items returned within 10 days of the original purchase date can be exchanged as store credit for the original price or exchanged for another item. Of course, we expect that these items are returned in unused condition with the tags attached (you wouldn’t return a half-eaten apple, would you?). All Sale & Vintage items are final sale.
If you find yourself too far away to get to one of our store locations, we do accept Returned/ Exchange items by mail. Please give us a friendly heads up and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any additional mailing instructions.
Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from when we receive your item in our shop. Exchange credit is for the purchase price only. Shipment fees are not refundable (are they anywhere?). Also, as best practice, please insure any items you’re shipping and get tracking information! It’s our responsibility to get your purchase to you; it’s yours to get it back to us.
During regular business days (Monday-Thursday), shipments are normally processed and shipped within a day of your order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Please understand that we will do our best to get you your purchase, and we appreciate your patience!
