Returns & Exchanges
If you find yourself too far away to get to one of our store locations, we do accept Returned/ Exchange items by mail. Please give us a friendly heads up and email us at returns@saultne.com for any additional mailing instructions.
Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from when we receive your item in our shop. Exchange credit is for the purchase price only. Shipment fees are not refundable (are they anywhere?). Also, as best practice, please insure any items you’re shipping and get tracking information! It’s our responsibility to get your purchase to you; it’s yours to get it back to us.
Shipping
During regular business days (Monday-Thursday), shipments are normally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of your order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Please understand that we will do our best to get you your purchase, and we appreciate your patience!
